English Hand Carved Oak Mirror with Coat of Arms, 19th Century

Sensational unique 19th century English hand carved oak mirror
The mirror is surmounted with a hand carved foliate-inspired cresting centered by a coat of arms flanked by two hound dogs and topped with a crown, above the original rectangular mirror plate, surrounded by pierced foliate vine oak intricate carvings throughout.
The coat of arms bears a latin text: "quantum prodest" derived from "quantum prosunt" meaning " As much as is beneficial, as much as is good for."
Meticulous attention has been given to every detail.
