ONDA, Mixed Media Wall Sculptural Mirror
About the Item
This mirror composition is the result of two-dimensional shapes arranged in two different layers. front sheet: ultra white low iron 5 mm float glass, edge polished, hand-painted with hand-brushed blue ceramic enamels melted on the surface during the tempering heating process then back mirrored.
Back sheet: ultra white low iron 8 mm float glass, edge polished, conformed, and gilded with a high title ( 999.9 ) pure gold metallic luster.

With a passion for art and design, Monica Madotto is deeply rooted in both the history and traditions of her Italian heritage, as well as her extensive travels and love for experimenting and exploring. Madotto was born in Venice. After living in Milan and London, she started working for Ralph Lauren Home in 2005 in Miami, Florida. She has worked on projects that span from hotels and public spaces to large residences in the United States and Latin America. In 2016, she started her own company and line where she collaborates with hotel chains as a design curator.
