Hand carved wood & stone gilded mantle mirror glass decorative antiques LA CA . A superb handcrafted and gilded wood and alabaster early 19th century period German antique mirror with original decorative top bow. Sculpture / Art to decorate your interior from the Romantic period.
The mirror features a carved stone alabaster crest with flowers foliage decoration Angels Cherubs surrounded by florets and a scrolling foliate, with wood painted black and gold hand-carved wood frame . Antique dealer Los Angeles West Hollywood Melrose ave La Cienega blvd . This piece would be a nice touch over a mantel fireplace, dining room or master bedroom hallway mounted on top of a console entryway office desk library kitchen or even a bathroom on top of a vanity / powder room. A great gift idea for the holidays, or a house warming present. The beautiful hand crafted frame was done in Hamburg , There is a sticker on the back which reads ‘F Bremer Bartholomaus Hamburg’ . Alabaster dated C.1860.
