Iconic palm brass wall mirror and lamp designed by Maison Jansen. Designed in 1980s, this very rare piece was presented at the world famous Milan, Italy design exhibition Salone del Mobile by Maison Jansen, a Paris-based design firm that was one of the most well-known and influential interior decorating houses of the 20th century, patronized by royalty, socialites, leaders of nations, and other luminaries of elite society.
A great piece that perfectly adds to every home decor the typical glitz, glamour, and gold of Hollywood Regency style with its metallic golden accents and luscious lines and curves made by iconic designers and manufacturers such as Maison Jansen.
The metal is in very fine condition, with a pleasing patina of age throughout. The lamps are the original golden ones with the electric part perfectly working. Minor little typical mirror marks of real antique vintage pieces.
