Pair of Neo Gothic Stripped Pine Mirrors

About the Item

Pair of neo-gothic stripped pine mirrors dating to the late 19th century, (circa 1850-1870). French in origin. Each frame contains its original mercury-backed silvered two-panel mirror. Attractive 'diamond dust' covers both mirrors' edges. Sold together as a pair priced $8,400, but may be sold individually for $4,200 each. Note: Original/early finish on antique and vintage metal will include some, or all, of the following: patina, scaling, light rust, discoloration, and corrosion. Regional differences in humidity and climate during shipping may cause antique and vintage wood to shrink and/or split along its grain, veneer to loosen and/or peel, and painted finishes and gilt to crack and flake.
