Large square mirror "STADIUM" by Roberto Giulio Rida
The Stadio mirror is impressive due to its large size and embossed crystal decoration. The mirror was designed to be a complementary piece of furniture placed in a large entryway above a console table. Studio Roberto Giulio Rida thought of the mix of the same together with the console/writer "Catullo."
The mirror has a birch wood frame, lacquered and hand-signed with fired R.G.RIDA logo on the back.
The mirror is frontally decorated with crystals of different thicknesses, intended to create kinetic movement. The base is made of Murano glass in a copying blue color that turns to purple, while the thick crystal blades that interspersed the glass are retro-mirrored with gold-colored glass. This beautiful contrast causes the decoration to become cantilevered therefore kinetic to the eye's perception.
The central part is of mirror, so it also makes the work functional.
The mirror is signed R.G.RIDA on the back and will be supplied with appropriate protective packaging and fumigated case suitable for international shipment.
