About

A rare pair of white pottery seated cats from the Alloa Pottery in Scotland.
The cats are naively modelled which gives them a very whimsical charm.
The cat seated on the right is missing one side of his whiskers and this feature adds a unique character to this piece.
These cats look stunning in most types of room but I always think that a folk setting is the ideal place for them.
