About the Item

A unique design of master carving from La Maison London. A hand carved Four Poster bed frame, in the Rococo style, which also doubles as bunk bed. The top section has been designed to look like a canopy for when the top tier bed is not in use and so can present as either. The design also allows the ladder to be positioned either side, with slip in sections that can be placed in when the top bunk is empty or can be used as one, for the opposite side to the ladder, when being used. The finish of the bed is hand painted with gilded highlights, completed by artisans at our in house London atelier. The bed's inside ceiling canopy has been upholstered with radiant style pleating in silk and is finished off with a central rosace where every attention to detail has been applied to the crafting of this design. Bespoke sizes and finishes are available on request. this model shown takes a 140cm x 190cm mattress.
