Rare Louis XV Style Small Chest of Drawers with Marble Top, Restored
About the Item
Rare and fine quality erly 20th century Italian Louis XV style antique small chest of drawers. On the front three comfortable drawers. Characterized by a particular wavy line on the front and sides with elegant saber legs. Fully decorated with geometric motifs using veneer of different precious woods such as walnut and purple ebony. The top is in elegant and precious red marble. The handles are in finely chiselled gilded bronze and contribute to increasing the elegance of this small but precious chest of drawers. The line and the rich decoration are to be identified in the refined art of Sicilian cabinet-making. Restored in our professional workshops, ready to be admired in your beautiful home. Due to its small size it is also perfect for small rooms.
