A smartly bound collection of poetry from Percy Bysshe Shelley. With portrait frontispiece. A collection of poetry, including works such as: Hymn to Intellectual Beauty, Song of Proserpine, To a Skylark, Ode to the West Wind, Ozymandias, Adonais, and Hymn of Apollo. Written by Percy Bysshe Shelley, a British writer considered one of the major English Romantic poets, whose recognition and fame grew steadily following his death. His works were an important influence on the subsequent generations of poets including Browning, Swinburne, Hardy, and Yeats. Bound by Riviere & Son, London. In the original full blue calf. Externally, very smart with light sunning to the spine and a small mark to the front board. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd spot.
