Third printing hardcover with dust jacket, 208 pp. This book explains in detail the pitfalls, the unethical practices, the exaggerations, the camouflaged defects, and the overpricing one finds in the Oriental rug market. It also reveals wholesalers who are strictly ethical and the diminishing labour supply willing to hand-tie the four million or so knots that make a 8 x 5 rug.
