Directional Designs by Paul McCobb (Book)

About the Item

A Good working copy of the original McCobb marketing book in black cloth which was published in 1956, the cotton cover is torn to both the top and bottom of the spine. There is a paste down inside the front cover giving the copy number of the book and the name of the company to whom it had been given ((Eddie Secon Designs). The book features Paul McCobb's Directional Furniture Collection - some of which were best selling contemporary furniture designs in the USA in the 1950's and includes a frontis portrait of McCobb, 92 photos in black & white illustrating 179 pieces together with specifications and dimensions, and index. There is one colour photograph, which is shown.
