The first American edition, second issue, of Twain's satirical time travel fantasy where the lead character travels backward in time into Arthurian England. Published by Charles L. Webster & Company, New York, 1889. Original green pictorial cloth stamped in gilt, black and white throughout. Exceptionally bright and fresh cloth.
