ITALIAN 18K YELLOW GOLD TEARDROP CHOKER WITH 7 DIAMONDS Marked "18K" & "ITALY" 12 3/4" inner circumference 58.7 grams Item # C104241 An incredibly fine teardrop choker necklace crafted entirely in 18 karat yellow gold, it features a double-hinge that allows the necklace to fold open on either side and be placed on the neck comfortably. The profile is sleek and angular with a molded channel form that culminates in the sharp teardrop point. This is crafted in white gold and is set with 7 round brilliant-cut diamonds (approx. 1.8-2mm each). The necklace locks on securely with a pressure-tongue box-clasp secured with a safety clasp.
