Signed Sykes perfection rugby ball, 1954 Five Nations. A great looking traditional leather rugby ball marked Slazenger, Sykes Perfection. The ball with a lace-up slit to the top and made from six leather panels. The ball is with good color and is stenciled with 'Sykes, Perfection, Slazenger, 4'. The ball has been signed by many of the five nation teams competing in the 1954 event. On one panel of the ball 'Scotland 1954' can clearly be seen, 'Wales' is alongside on another panel. The signatures that are decipherable follow below, there are others but they are faded or difficult to decipher.
