About the Item
Midcentury, unique seven books of the "Stanza della Segnatura" by Raphael, containing thirty-two plates in color and six in monochrome, printed from Pope Pius XII ( Eugenio Pacelli) on 1950 which they were delivered to Heads of State and great personalities during theyrs Papal visit on Vatican.
This books were printed in limited number of copies from the Vatican Editrice, branded dry, and as usual with destruction of the printing matrices
Versions in English or German. The books are still originally packed.
On kind authorization for the sale of the Holy See of Rome, the proceeds of which will go into charitable works.
