Antique Industrial 8- Inch Cast Bronze Bolt with Nut from Brooklyn Bridge* USA, Circa 1880-1883 Beautifully made and cast, *the provenance is by repute was a leftover carriage bolt from the initial construction of the Brooklyn Bridge in 1883. This offering was inherited from a relative who worked on the bridge. A unique historical find, reads as sculpture in person. Overall measurements: Together 8-inches high x 2 inches square Bolt alone 7-inches long x 2 inches top x 1-inch shaft Nut 2-inches square x 1.5-inches high.
