Large Antique French Architect's Model of a Winding Staircase, Display Piece
About the Item
This solid oak French model staircase is a rare find. Made by the architect to demonstrate the full scale staircase design, this unusually large-scale model from the early twentieth century displays beautifully on its own as a centerpiece for an entry table or on a sideboard. An example of French craftsmanship, this staircase can also be used as a display on its own for small collections on its steps. c. 1930.
