Miniature Brass Ships Telegraph, circa 1920

About

A Chadburns (Liverpool & London) miniature brass ships telegraph with a brass handle for directing the speed of a ship from the bridge to the engineers room. It is connected by wiring. The order is given by the bridge to the engine room by moving the handle to the position needed that is stated on the dial. This telegraph was manufactured circa 1920 and is quite rare due to it's small size. The measurements given below are for the diameter of the base and the width of the dial. When the lever is upright the height is 51.00cm.
