19th Century French Polished Iron Scale with Brass Trays from Lyon

About the Item

Add some European flair to your kitchen counter with this elegant antique scale. Crafted in France circa 1870 and rectangular in shape, the iron scale features the original pair of polished brass plateaus. The functional measure devise is signed on the top "Usines de la Mulatiere, Beranger, Lyon". The scientific instrument is in excellent working condition with wonderful details, and adorns a rich metal polished steel finish, and polished brass plates. Measures: 23" W x 10" D x 6.5" H.
