Indian blue peacock taxidermy mount with beautiful iridescent blue and green coloration. It is mounted on an oval wooden base and can be displayed by placement on a wall bracket, mantelpiece or Stand. There are many possible display options as the tail is detachable and can be positioned from completely horizontal to vertical. The peacock has often been used as a symbol for the guardian of royalty and for ancient Greeks the peacock was a symbol of immortality.
