18th Century French Painted and Decoupage Screen

About the Item

A charming 6-panel screen or paravent, with whimsical floral and classical motifs, primarily oil on canvas with charming early decoupage in the top panels, classical dolphin motif in the lower. Primarily in pale blue and green, with pinks in the details. The reverse is painted in the same background hues but with none of the decoration.
