Each columnar upright surmounted by an urn finial and supporting an adjustable octagonal firescreen inset with a period colored engraving depicting figures in Classical settings, apparently contemporary and probably original to the piece; with spiral-fluted base over three volutes on a tripartite base and turned, tapering feet.
