French Traveling Steamer Trunk, Early 1900s


A French traveling trunk from the early 1900s purchased in Lyon. The trunk is made of poplar lined with a dark brown oil cloth with a black trim and the engraved initials E.V. The side handles are leather and the locks are brass. The inside features two drawers covered with mattress fabric. A great storage piece that can also be used as a coffee table.
