All original chrome plated steel frame with green painted factory finish / green oil cloth upholstery sling w/ attached head rest pillow, seat cushion. Shown in pictures with seat cushion & head rest flipped to back / seat cushion w/ head rest at front side & with only sling showing. Look at all pictures and reac condition report in comment section
