Good Regency bronze and iron boot scraper in the manner of George Smith; the opposing winged griffins housing the steel blade (for cleaning); standing in a cast iron oval base with raised sides; supported on four small iron feet. There is a small hole to either side so it can be secured to the floor. English, circa 1820 Good condition Dimensions (ins) 13¼ wide x 8¾ deep x 10 high.
