19th Century burr walnut Canterbury of serpentine form

About the Item

19th Century burr walnut Canterbury of serpentine form, the top having a highly decorative pierced and carved gallery with carved finials in each corner, supported on spiral carved turned columns, the middle section having three divisions which is divided by finely carved and pierced splats, having a single mahogany lined frieze drawer below with original turned wooden knobs, supported on turned feet terminating on brass cap and porcelain castors. Circa 1860.
