  • Blue with Red Laces Agate Slice with Crystallized Center and Photochromic Effect
Located in Ametista Do Sul, BR
A superb slice of agate, this delicate specimen comes in a custom-made stand so you can fully enjoy it. A Soledade Agate that brings beautiful and intact bandings, where the laces grow in blue, gray, and red colors, and a mix of Circular and Horizontal Bandings with a crystallized center, It's a testament to Mother Nature's artistry, now accessible to you. This thin slice of agate has a translucent photochromic characteristic, and as you can see in the pictures, the backlight enhances and changes the color perspective of the agate, and an iridescent color effect shows up. A perfect display specimen to add near a window so you can see the color changes during the day. With no cracks and no treatment at all, the agate is of super-extra grade. Outstanding from both sides, this earth and blue lace agate slice surely is an amazing addition to your crystal collection. Check out the photos and feel free to send us a message if you have any questions or specific requests. 🤍 You may be wondering, how were the blue lace layers formed. The water is slowly evaporated, forming a layer of silica gelatin and then a layer is formed. It is a very slow process and each layer contains different impurities, thus forming different colored bands. Fantastic, right? ▫️ Lace Agate with Druzy Geode on Stand...
