Terra Cotta Bust of Young Woman

About the Item

Though sculpted by an Italian artist, this terra cotta head is strongly reminiscent of contemporaneous sculpture created by artists in the Vienna Werkstatte. Marked "Bandini" and "Made in Italy," the artist may have been influenced by Giovanni Bandini's work in Renaissance Italy.
