Houlés of Paris passementerie gland cle (key tassel) in Empire green. Nobody makes tassels like Houlés. They are the oldest passementerie house still in family hands. This never used tassel still is rich in color. Perfect to hang on the key of a piece of furniture. If you don't have a key hang it from a nob or handle. It will provide a nice punch of color where needed.
This was part of inventory I purchased in France and forgotten in storage unused. This collection was important due to the unique blending of colors.
