Houlés of Paris passementerie gland cle (key tassel) in Verte. Nobody makes tassels like Houles. This never used tassel still is rich in color. Perfect to hang on the key of a piece of furniture. If you don't have a key hang it from a nob or handle. It will provide a nice punch of color where needed.
This was part of inventory I purchased in France and forgotten in storage unused. This collection was important because it was completely hand tied.
