The design of this Navajo Yei contains five deity forms standing next to each in a brown color background with Yei forms in ivory, gray, black and green colors. In Navajo mythology, the Yei are a group of deities who act as mediators between humans and the Great Spirit. The rug is very beautiful and colorful. The color palette includes ivory, green, gray, brown. It is a beautiful piece of wall art. Navajo rugs are generally flat woven with wool for the body of the rug and usually cotton foundation.
