About

A very good example of "Tulu" style weaving from Central Turkey, featuring an archaic rendition of the well-known ascending arches design, attributed to the region around Karapinar. The rug was woven with top quality angora (mohair) that has acquired a wonderful patina and shines like silk. The weave is very tight and the rug is very well preserved.
