52743, vintage Turkish Oushak runner with Tudor style. With its Classic style and warm, rich colors, this hand knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak runner is well-balanced and poised to impress. Taking center stage are three large-scale cusped medallions anchored with palmette trefoil finials and patterned with palmettes, leafy tendrils, and organic shapes. The abrashed red field is dotted with four stylized floral bouquets and framed with an inner sawtooth guard stripe. Botanical designs grace each corner spandrel, adding visual interest with a hint of romance. The vintage Oushak runner is enclosed with a Rhodian Lily border flanked with an inner and outer floral Meander guard border and subsidiary sawtooth guard stripes. An end-cap on each horizontal side displays a geometric pattern composed of florals and triangles arranged in a chevron design.
