About the Item
The contemporary Native chair design incorporates materials reminiscent of tribal Indian cultures akin to a modern throne-like chair made from a combination of leather, lace fringe, and hair-on-hide. The chair features a sturdy frame made from solid steel in a warm bronze patinated finish. The seat and back are made of steel and covered in an army green hair on hide with a low profile cushioned seat pad in cognac leather.
The arm rests are entirely wrapped in suede lace creating a rich rust brown fringe that falls just above the floor line. The backside of the chair has been painted and patinated to create a beautiful abstract landscape.
This modern throne is a unique piece that blends contemporary design with traditional materials and techniques, creating a statement piece that is both comfortable and visually stunning.
Each piece is hand made with natural materials and no two are identical.
