About the Item

A beautiful example of the style and craftsmanship of Novo Rumo, a design ateliê extremely active during the 1950s and 1960s in São Paulo, Brazil. Made of Brazilian hardwood, the minimalist structure and the series of skeletal fins along the back create an elegant and tropical look. This is a very rare piece that can make a difference in any ambiance. The piece was restored by one of our best craftsmen in São Paulo and kept its original aura and attraction.
