Lovely Late 19th Century Hepplewhite Hardwood Armchair on Shield Shape Back

About the Item

We are delighted to offer for sale this elegant Hepplewhite Mahogany armchair with floral seat. The item simple and stylish armchair is suitable for any room. This splendid antique armchair stands on splayed back legs, having tapering front legs with H stretchers for stability. The shield back design is very distinguish for Hepplewhite design. There are a few marks on the seat that are presented in the pictures. Please have a closer look at the pictures because they form part of the description. Antique and vintage/used items will show signs of wear which form part of their character.
