Set of 2 Dal Vera Armchairs, Italy, 1960s
About the Item
Set of 2 armchairs from the 1960 swith a Scandinavian design produced by the Italian historic DAL VERA furniture factory in Conegliano Veneto and designed by Antonio Dal Vera himself.
The DAL VERA furniture factory was founded in Conegliano in 1884 by the craftsman Antonio Dal Vera, who began to build furniture in rattan and wicker. It had its maximum splendor after the Second World War when he expanded the range of products made in the new headquarters in Conegliano. After the 1950s and within twenty years, DAL VERA has become one of the world's leading furniture manufacturers.
The armchairs are all in solid wood and covered in brown eco-leather. The upholstery is still the original one.
The set is in good vintage condition, it is possible to consider re-polishing the wooden parts and possibly replacing the leather upholstery.
