Antique Rustic European Wooden Pew Bench

Beautiful handcrafted piece with beautiful patina. This antique bench has all the character a piece of this nature should. I imagine it was used in an old church or schoolhouse. I adore the warm patina to the wood and the slightly reclined stature. This pew brings a sense of history and warmth to any setting. I can honestly say, pictures don't do this one justice. The scale and simplicity of this piece are perfection. The bench is long and narrow making it the perfect piece for an entry way, a focal wall with a beautiful piece of art hung above or even add a cushion and make it cozy banquette seating. It has been well loved adding to its character, with age appropriate wear and minor imperfections from age and use and although antique, the bench is very solid and sturdy, ready for decades more of use.
