About the Item

Black lacquered bentwood chairs designed by the famous Austrian architect Josef Hoffmann, attributed to the renown company of Jacob & Josef Kohn Vienna. Josef Hoffmann was also the founding member of the world famous "Wiener Werkstaette". These artfully bentwood chairs from the early 20th century impress with their unique, elaborate design and were all crafted out of fine beechwood. This fantastic, timeless Art Nouveau chairs carry the typical handwriting of Josef Hoffmann. An amazing set of eye-catching bentwood chairs from the early Art Nouveau period in Austria attributed to the famous company of Jacob & Josef Kohn.
