Gio Ponti early rare pair of benches with walnut frames and ivory bouclé fabric, Italy, 1930s. These elegant benches have a graceful frame with curved cabriole tapering legs connected by an apron and stretchers. Simple and classic in form, these exquisite benches would compliment any interior. Fully restored and newly upholstered in a luxurious Holland & Sherry Brunswick Snow or ivory bouclé. The pieces are reflective of the work of Gio Ponti circa 1955 and, in particular his work at the Parco di Principe hotel.
