A solid block of walnut held up by what seems to be a casually arranged group of legs. A composite of contrasting elements, massive and sophisticated, strong and passionate; this walnut bench is a harmonious and timeless whole. The seat is made of 6 cm thick solid walnut and the base is made of hand-welded brass. The treatment on the wood is done with natural oil that protects the wood but at the same time allows it breathe, leaving the extraordinary feel of this beautiful, natural material unchanged to the touch. Furthermore the final coat on the seat is done with nanotechnology, an organic silica-based natural treatment which makes the wood water repellent. Each piece is numbered and hides its own identity stamp, a small brass cylinder that seals and guarantees the authenticity and uniqueness.
