About the Item
Fuji is a solid wood chair, with a sophisticated manufacturing and assembly system, capable of bending the wood to its maximum limit. Recently launched, its unique design has already won an award in Europe, and is currently manufactured in different finishes and with the possibility of being delivered with a leather cushion on the seat.
In a world congested with information, flooded with trifles, we brought a clean design, inspired by the most emblematic mountain in Japan and which, in fact, is also a powerful dormant volcano. With a floating seat, and slender parts, the chair is light and delicate, almost like a paper fold.
The aesthetics of this chair, turns to the profile of the mountain, which reigns alone on the horizon, and hides the sun at the end of the day. This event actually exists and is known as Diamond Fuji, when the sun sets and rises exactly on the central axis of Mount Fuji, represented here by the hollow circle on the back.
The Fuji chair is available in shades: Natural, Walnut and Ebonized; and with or without leather seat.

Tiago Curioni
Award-winning Design Studio focused on developing products on a small scale, handmade, high construction rigor, and a timeless and minimalist design. Tiago Curioni is an architect and master in Product Design, and maintains production bases in Brazil and Portugal, to cover the market globally. A descendant of Italians and Germans living in Brazil, he currently resides in Portugal, and it is this mixture of influences that makes his character both authorial and rational.
