The chair was designed for indoor/outdoor use and is stackable. (This hand-signed version not recommended for outdoors.) Excellent condition. Only one available.

The shell of the chair is injection molded with a relief design in a figure eight shape, often referred to as traces left by sea waves in the sand. Also described as resembling a butterfly, an infinity Zen tracing, or even a pretzel. The Ripple chair was included in "Ron Arad: No Discipline", the retrospective exhibition featured at MoMA in 2009, and travelled to additional stops including the Centre Pompidou in Paris and the Stedelijik Museum in Amsterdam. in addition to MoMA, Arad's work is in numerous international collections including the Vitra Design Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Design Museum in Osaka, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
