About the Item
Pair of Early-20th Century Signed Art Nouveau Oak Chairs in Dark Brown Leather
We present you two chairs made of oakwood, circa first quarter of the 20th century.
The seat and the upper section of the backrest are padded with leather, which is fixed with a molding made of brass studs.
These chairs are in the Art Nouveau style – of a noble, simple form.
Both pieces of furniture were produced in Johanna Skrivanka, a furniture manufactory in Cieszyn. The signature has been preserved only on one chair.
Presented furniture is after renovation. The woodwork is finished with wax. The leather has been replaced with a new one.
The price is for two pieces.
