Prototype Stacked Plywood Chair by Peter Qvist

Prototype stacked enameled birch chair by Peter Qvist for PQL Studio circa mid 1990's. This unusual example took dozens of hand cut pieces of birch ply masterfully stacked and enameled so as to create a phenomenal one of a kind work of art. This is more a sculpture than functional chair but could be used as either.
