A striking set of three sculptural dining or accent chairs crafted from thick hand-carved solid wood with blackened iron bases, evocative of the celebrated organic modern designs associated with Sabena of Mexico. Showcasing the same bold interplay of primitive craftsmanship and sophisticated modernist form, each chair features substantial carved timber seats and backrests with expressive natural grain, knots, cracks, and organic irregularities that make every example one of a kind. The dramatic sculptural silhouettes are grounded by minimalist iron bases, creating a compelling contrast between raw natural material and architectural metalwork. The aesthetic is distinctly Brutalist with strong organic modern influence, making these ideal statement pieces for interiors that embrace handcrafted, textural design. Each chair presents subtle variations in shape and wood character, reinforcing their artisanal quality and sculptural presence.
