About the Item
A lovely genuine vintage modernist rattan table and chair handcrafted by the wicker craftsman of Rohe in Noordwolde the Netherlands.
The Dutch rattan industry was concentrated in Noordwolde in the north of Holland and after WWII they switched to making furniture from Bamboo and Rattan.
This is an early 1950s set that is a lovely original vintage condition.
Size listed below is for the chair.
