We are delighted to offer this lovely Art Deco hand dyed cigar brown leather Chesterfield fully buttoned club armchair A good looking and iconic piece of English furniture. Known the world over as one of the most sophisticated club armchairs ever designed, this is a good vintage example, the leather was upholstered plain and then hand dyed this lovely chestnut brown, it has beautifully faded in all the right places giving it that wonderful Regency club look and feel. In terms of the condition the chair has been fully restored to include being washed back, then hand dyed six times and antiqued, the finished result is very fine indeed Height:- 76cm Width:- 103.5cm Depth:- 99.5cm Seat height:- 42.5cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point This item is available for collection from our Wimbledon warehouses Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
