The shaped top rail supported by baluster turned supports and back splats, with green velvet upholstered drop in seat raised on three squared legs and a centre cabriole leg with pad feet all connected by turned stretchers. Circa 1790. The dimensions are: Height: 82.5cm (32.5in) Width: 75cm (29.5in) Depth: 66cm (26.0in) Very comfortable seating and a rather pleasing example of a country armchair.
